Civil Builders was originally established in 2009 as Civil Builders, LLC, performing government and private construction projects under an unclassified contractor license (Building, Highway, and Utilities).
In 2012, Civil Siteworks, Inc. was formed to pursue larger civil construction and infrastructure projects under an unlimited contractor license, expanding the firm's ability to deliver more complex site development work.
In 2024, the construction entities were unified under the Civil Builders name, creating a single platform focused on building and infrastructure solutions.
To further expand its capabilities, Civil Builders Engineering Services was established in 2025, enabling the firm to provide civil engineering, site design, and construction management services that support projects from planning through construction.
Today, Civil Builders continues to grow as an integrated engineering and construction firm, supporting clients across the public and private sectors in delivering infrastructure and facility projects from concept through construction with practical, buildable solutions.
